I don't have many live albums in rotation, but this one stands out as one of the ones where I wish I'd been there. The atmosphere is so warm and mellow, and I can feel the appreciation and the chill vibes of the crowd. Jarrett and DeJohnette slay on the piano and drums, respectively, and Lloyd's tenor sax is the bridge between them, as they all three answer and expound upon one another's energy. I feel like they, along with Cecil McBee on bass, understand one another. Side A, containing "Forest Flower - Sunrise" and "-Sunset" is 18 minutes of some of the best jazz I've ever heard.
