Ramadan

Orpheus Listening Challenge 2023: #13 An album from the year of your birth (29th Album)

Underwhelming. Ramadan is clearly an album whose intentions were pure and in the right place, but the way it was all executed leaves the listener with the question of "Is this all there is to this?". It reminds me of a watered down who substituted all the energy for a subdued atmosphere, and a mediocre, repeating song structure that has been done better and with much more texture before and after them.
