Neko nas posmatra

The band is back after a two-year hiatus and, with a bit of bickering and fighting, records what would be their last album, and boy, what a sad way to go out. Neko nas Posmatra (Somebody is Watching Us) doesn't feel like an EKV album, but almost like a pastiche pop-rock album made to satisfy the record execs and whoever was listening to them in those dark ages. There is no creative energy flowing, and whatever juices they did have, all went into the gothic Anestezija (Anesthesia), which is one of their better songs, harkening back to happier times in which they made good, long-lasting songs, and Bežimo u Mrak (Running into Darkness). The rest is just recycled moments and motives.
