I'm convinced that if this album had been recorded in Serbo-Croatian that it would be hailed in the same vein as bands like Haustor, Azra, EKV, etc.
The mix of new wave sensibilities, punk vocals, and funky basslines. It has everything: funk songs, ballad songs, punk songs. One of those perfect albums that exist, even if I can't comprehend what they're saying 95% of the time, it still rocks.
