This is country in the same vain as The Trinity Sessions and Didn't It Rain - it's biggest calling card is its atmosphere. Smoky and late night. But that's sort of where it ends. It's Very soft and very ghostly. And also well executed. But once you into the nitty-gritty of it, you find little to keep you around. Still, it's a nice background listen.
