Hats

I love this kind of slow burners that dissect you slowly and lead into a crescendo moment at the end of each song. That's their whole modus operandi, but God does it never get old hearing each song start off minimalistic and slowly build up while the familiar instruments keep on thumpinglike some kind of motorik trip-pop-krautrock banger with Paul Buchanan wailing as if he's getting burned from his toes to his spine.

Their meticulous approach always pays off, as every moment here is perfectly and organically crafted to create such a magical atmosphere that makes you want to groove out in the middle of a rainy street.

Just generic, inoffensive 80s new wave music, can sound decently pretty at points but nothing that gets it above a 6
