There's a song here called "Mayonnaise a gogo" and I think that's all you need to know.

Punk - bon
Musique en français - bon
Punk en français - très bon!

I appreciate that you won't give any album a one or a two out of respect for the process, OP, but unfortunately, if I don't care about an album, then I can't act like it's better than it truly is. This type of music can be solid, but only really when playing Crazy Taxi, and, unfortunately, Offspring has that game covered, for better or (more likely) worse.

Les $heriff, more like les Sh€riff, amirite!
Be-because of the... French don't use dollars...

I'll just play the fuckin' album

HL: (D1) "Tout les temps pareil/Je veux savoir pourquoi", "Ça fait mal"
(D2) "J'aime jouer avec le feu"

Not bad, but on the other hand... ehhh

I'm getting to feel like Charlie Brown having the football taken away every time I encounter a new punk band.
'Oh this time, it's going to be different. They don't sing in English!'

Toutefois... 70 minutes of "OI OI OI".

It's impressive how little it deviates from the formula. No really, they just don't quit! It's the best quality about Les deux doigts, and also my biggest problem with it.
At least they didn't spring for 20 minutes of feedback drone or drum solos just to make it 2 discs worth of music.

Mes oreilles, ils sifflent!

More enjoyable than the Stooges live album tho

This is a fun one. Fast, loud, unapologetically punk from start to finish. It’s high-speed, high-energy Ramones/Misfits-style punk, delivered live and surprisingly well-recorded. The songs blur into each other in a way that works for a while — you’ll be nodding your head, maybe even grinning — but after an hour of relentless tempo and samey structure, fatigue sets in. Fittingly, the second song chants “tout le temps pareil,” which pretty much sums it up. My French is shaky, but I caught enough to get the vibe, and it seems fine. Honestly, this is a solid live punk record — nothing life-changing, but it scratches the itch and I would've 100% checked these guys out on a festival in the early 90's

This was a *bold* choice for a user submission, but it was a good one, this kicked ass. Rare long punk album, and on top of that it kept it interesting the whole time.

The original list + the user albums have really elevated how I feel about french music, all of their stuff has come across really well

Rated 6/10

Great example of French punk, my only gripe is it’s a bit long, I lost interest by the end.
