A la, a la Alaniss!

4/10

A few good songs, but rest of the album drags a little. Can see why it’s on the list but wouldn’t listen to the full album again.

So many classics. Amazing how many iconic singles are packed into a single album. You Learn is likely my favorite. 4/5

Me gustaba como sonaba parecido a The Cramberries o The Sundays o incluso a Everything but the girl antes de la electrónica.

Took me back in time and I forgot just how many catchy hooks were on there. Also some irritating vocalization, but definitely a good bit of nostalgia and good to hear a strong female voice!

crazy to go from Green Eyes on Mama's Gun to All I Really Want. I'm hooked immediately. Her rage just drips from every single note and vocal stab. Loads of different layers. It feels beat up and triumphant at the same time. Head Over Feet, You Outta Know, Ironic? All on the same album?
