Let's get the elephant out of the room: this is better than 36 Chambers. 6 Feet Deep doesn't have the same rocky sequencing it has, and the atmosphere is darker without turning into a goofy mess.
It's a very wild ride that capitalized on 90s east coast America, and America as a whole, with violence and horrific imagery. Some may find it tacky, but I find it hard to resist. A stone-cold classic with killer bars and great production.
It starts to drag close to the end, but by then you'll either be hooked or you'll turn it off. That's why songs like Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide, 2 Cups of Blood, and 1-800 Suicide exist to hook you in and not let you go until the end of the album.
