This was an again very funky record and as others said some songs are a little too long. This one has no reason to be a double lp. Other than that a really solid album. Not at the leve of Purple Rain

Listened to this after a few Led Zeppelin albums which makes this look not as good in comparison. Id rather listen to them but this one is solid too

It had one pretty good song on it and it was definitely influential, but it didn't do much for me

Really popular songs even today and kinda sounds like everything in the late 60s, but still a very enjoyable record

I dont think it’s their best I just love Sister Ray too much and the nico album is just superior as well. Still some beautiful guitar play and just an easy to listen to record altogether.

I just looove the 90s west coast sound. This is a timeless album that defined the sound for the funky hiphop albums to come after this for so many years. This one deserves a 5

I get the message but the disco late 80s music is not the way to send the message to the people

Sing about me is a MUST for anyone who loves rap, or music in general. Lots of good songs, but the 2000s hiphop sound that appears on many songs just reassures me that TPAB is THE k dot album and not this one.

This has a lot of very 2000s style beats. I kinda like that's not me, but I think his newer albums and features are muuch better. I don't think I can give it a 3 based on a lot of other albums I gave a 3 to. And I looove rap
