Delightfully weird. Will I listen to it again? I have no idea. But this is a 70s album that isn't annoying and boring! That deserves 4 stars.

I love it when I stumble upon an album that is a complete surprise. I greatly enjoyed this album. I think it's the best of what the 90s had to offer and I'll definitely listen to it again
Sounds like a ripoff of The Stone Roses without sounding much like Oasis, the band the Stone Roses were ripping off. It's kinda fine. I probably would have dug it in the 90s, it's pretty peppy and "psychedelic".

It's honestly better than I expected. Rod Stewart was a big surprise. I don't think I would ever listen to it on purpose, so I can't give it 4 stars, but if you have to listen to YET ANOTHER 60s rock album, this one is far from the worst. 3.5 stars.

Pleasant enough. I won't return to it, but it was a nice change of pace.
Rated 6/10
It's fine. kind of catchy, maybe a 3.25, tops.

Weirdly more boring than I expected. Jump is really repetitive. Panama is decent for what it is. Hot for Teacher is awesome. The rest is kind of filler. It's not awful, but I kind of expected more for some reason.
Rated 6/10
I thought I was in for an awful time at first, but it started to grow on me pretty quickly. I can't rate it a 4 star, because I can't imagine I'd ever just play it on purpose over dozens of other albums in the genre, but I enjoyed my time with it. 3.5 stars.

It’s ok for what it is, but is it one of the best 1001 albums ever made? No. Is there anything special or unique that would make it be an album you need to hear before you die? Nope.
This might be the cheekiest entry on the list. It's like the editors know there's too much 60s/70s flower power, ren faire shit on this list, so they snuck in a 90s abomination that essentially just sounds like 60s/70s flower power, ren faire shit.
It’s ok. Pretty bouncy. A couple songs got really close to country though.
Rated 6/10
Uh, it's OK? Obviously talented, kinda cool to hear the acapella, but all the tongue clicking mouth noise stuff got kind of old after awhile. I'm aware it's a language, but it's also on my nerves. Like German.
Rated 6/10
Pretty nice blues album. Not terribly special but not bad.

This is a goddamned classic. There is just nothing like Jane's Addiction, man. They can rock as hard as anyone, they can slow it down. Navarro is at his peak here. Jane's had no constraints, borrowing liberally from bands that came before them but creating something completely new and fresh, a sound from which many subsequent bands borrowed/stole.
True groundbreakers, true legends.

It’s jazz *shrug*
Rated 6/10
I'm only on the third song, so maybe it gets better, but what the hell is this? It's kind of like easy listening? It sounds like a less shitty Eagles. It sounds like if Sheryl Crow was a boy. It sounds like an album they made in a weekend to honor a bad contract. It sounds like the rejected soundtrack to 50 First Dates.
Rated 8/10
It's probably three to three and a half star album, but I'm giving it 4 stars because a.) it's the best of the three Blur albums on this list (there does not need to be three Blur albums on this list), and it's not yet another tedious 60s/70s hippy rock bullshit album.
Rated 8/10
I like Dylan, but I think there are too many of his albums in this project, and he gets pretty drone-y after awhile. But I still think this was one of the better albums of his I've heard.
Rated 10/10
Perfection. No notes.
Rated 6/10
It’s not as bad as I feared, but I would t say it was good. 2.5 stars
