Black MetalVenom

Rated 6/10

While the album is very influential on metal today, it has not stood the test of time. It is very noisy and with most "satanic" music, it's edgy for the sake of being edgy. A ploy to get older conservative parents outraged and inspire the youth to seek them out to find out what has the parents so riled.

First track wasn't great but the next few tracks were amazing. Then some guy started making noises and it killed me

Despite there being over 1000 albums, random fate has decided I need to listen to the entire radiohead catalog before I even get halfway through. As with every other of their albums, I don't get why they're here. This album, like the others, isn't special or notable. It's boring. Dry. Whiny. It would sound better submerged underwater

Quite frankly you could remove the other 1000 albums from this list and just call it the one album you should listen to before you die

GraceJeff Buckley

Rated 6/10

Pros: Jeff had such an impressive range that he made an album consisting of many genres of rock, so chances are you're gonna find a couple of songs that you'll like

Cons: Jeff made an album of so many rock genres that the majority of the album will not be enjoyable, and the couple songs you do like aren't strong enough to carry the weight of the album

Iron maiden just isn't my preferred cup of metal but god damn, strange world slaps hard and Charlotte the harlot ain't no slouch either

Holy hell what a boring slog. Never listened to grateful dead before. Never want to again. There were a couple moments when something got interesting but when it did I was so mind numb I couldn't remember to check which track and which minute it happened.

The sex skits drag down an otherwise perfect album. Some of the skits are in the songs so it's not like you can easily just skip them

It's eminem. It's his early days. Of course he's offensive. It's fucking eminem. He didn't get that rep by being a choir boy. The way I am perfectly summarizes him. He says goofy ass lewd shit and gets blamed for the world's awful things. As if we are not responsible for our own actions.

Is it good? Is it bad? I can't tell whether I love it or hate it. It's definitely punk and the songs definitely go on longer than they should

ImagineJohn Lennon

Rated 4/10

Ignoring the infinite flaws and atrocities of Lennon, for an album called Imagine, it is quite an unimaginative album
