Rated 6/10
Never listened to anything from 10cc beyond I’m Not In Love and Dreadlock Holiday and it was a good album but nothing I’m gonna rush to listen to again.
Top Track - The Wall Street Shuffle
Rated 6/10

Top Track - The Wall Street Shuffle
Rated 6/10
I enjoyed this one by the end but it took a while to get into it. I could see it growing on me with a few more listens and potentially going up another star.
Top Track - Good Morning, Captain
Rated 2/10
I started to tune out of this one before I even hit the halfway point. It was just dull, nothing about it interested me at all.
Second album from The Kinks on this list and much like the first I really enjoyed it without it having any tracks I absolutely loved to push it to 5 stars.
Top Track - Johnny Thunder
Rated 10/10
Bloody hell it must be about 20 years since I’ve listened to this one. I used to love the Manics but stopped listening to them when I went full Metalhead lol.
I really enjoyed revisiting this, I might have to delve into their discography to see what I’ve missed.
Top Track - Kevin Carter
Rated 10/10
Hendrix is one of those artists that I can go years without listening to but I love whenever I do. I was flipping between a 4 and a 5 for this one but ending with Watchtower and Voodoo Child sealed the full 5 stars.
Top Track - All Along The Watchtower
Rated 4/10
A frustrating album. I really liked the opening track but after that there was a whole lot of nothing. Overall quite forgettable.
Top Track - Show Girl
Rated 8/10
I’m a Brighton & Hove Albion fan so even if I hated this there is absolutely zero chance I was giving this a low score. Fortunately I do really like this one, it’s nowhere near my favourite from Fatboy but there’s some great tracks on it.
Top Track - The Weekend Starts Here
Rated 4/10
I actually bought this when it came out as I really enjoyed the track Grounds For Divorce. We all do silly things when we’re young lol. Not a terrible album by any means, just tremendously beige.
Rated 8/10
I really enjoyed this one. Everything up to and including If I Can’t Change Your Mind was brilliant. It loses a star because the last three tracks didn’t do as much for me. Still a great album and one I will definitely go back to.
Top Track - Helpless
Rated 10/10
Bloody love me some R.E.M. Brilliant, brilliant album, absolutely rammed with great songs.
I will say though, for many years this was my favourite from them but Murmur has probably overtaken it now.
Top Track - Bloody hell how to pick. Either Nightswimming or Man On The Moon
Rated 8/10
I do love me some of The Monkees, they’re a fun listen without being anything groundbreaking. If I’m nitpicking I probably would’ve had their self titled debut or More Of the Monkees on the list instead but hey I’m not the one writing a book anytime soon.
Top Track - Randy Scouse Git, this might possibly be my favourite Monkees song.
Rated 4/10
I didn’t mind this one at the start but it wore out its welcome fairly quickly. It’s nowhere near the worst rap album I’ve had so far but it just wasn’t for me.
576 albums in and you would think I would be in the habit of checking if there are bonus songs or not. I really liked a track called The Product so thought happy days at least that’s one really good one. Then realised it’s a bonus so I can’t count it.
First time properly listening to Earth, Wind & Fire. I really enjoyed it for the most part. A couple of the slower songs didn’t do that much for me but I definitely want to check out some more from them after this.
Top Track - Either Shining Star or Africano
This was a good enough album without anything overly standing out for me. Faded into the background at times.
Top Track - The Bottle
Rated 6/10
I loved this when it originally came out but today listening to it for the first time in probably 15+ years, it’s alright ai suppose. Nothing particularly special or memorable about it. It definitely hasn’t rekindled my interest in the band or anything.
Top Track - The Bucket
Rated 4/10
I really enjoyed Ragga Jam but apart from that this one didn’t do anything for me. It became background noise by the halfway point.
Rated 6/10
The album in one day format works against this one cause I think it would get a higher score with a few more listens. As it is it’s a good album with the two parts of the title track being great
Rated 6/10
I wasn’t really liking this for the first couple of tracks but it started to grow on me after a while.
Overall it was a fun enough listen, I’m gonna try to go back to it later to see if the first part clicks with me.
Top Track - Soul Flower - Remix
Rated 8/10
All time terrible album cover but a really enjoyable album. There wasn’t a track on it that I didn’t enjoy but it needed a few that I really loved for me to give all five stars. Haven’t listened to Eels in forever so will have to go through their albums at some point.
Top Track - Mental
