Keskinkertaista indie-rockia.

This is an interesting album to get only a few days after that Vaccines snooze fest, "1, 2, Kung Fu!" sticks with a similar indie rock and garage rock sound but manages to make it feel modern and even a little fururistic.
Boy Azooga combine late 00s indie rock with psychedelia and bedroom pop to give the genre a fresh new sound, and like many albums from that era it has a short runtime clocking in at just under 35 minutes, almost half of which is in the last three songs. The album has a great flow with the transitions from each tracks being very smooth.
Still I'm just not a fan of that style of indie rock, though I'm glad that Boy Azooga made one of the more interesting takes on it.
Should it be on the main list: No
Top 3 Songs: Loner Boogie, Face Behind Her Cigarette, Jerry

Listened to this yesterday and thought at the time it was pleasant.
I can’t remember it today

Very generic 2010s rock, you'll probably hear every big alt-rock band from that era in this album, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's bad.

Maybe a little too whimsical in places, but I enjoyed this overall.

Solid work from what seems to be a pretty obscure Welsh indie act. This is the kind of album that I'd be raising an eyebrow at if it were on the original list, but that I'm actively hoping to draw for the user albums.

This is pretty rad. at the very least its better than fully half of the Brit pop on the regular list.

Enjoyed this

Exceptionally Welsh, and very very good. Sounds like SFA and Ash, but never so much that it sounds derivative - just hints of influence.
A real treat which I had never heard before - thanks for suggesting it!

These guys are like Blur's little nephews.
