The cheesiest

Kitarapippelöintiä, mutta ihan viihdyttävää sellaista. 3/5

Rated 6/10

Fast drums, shredding guitars, and vocals that aren't terrible. Seems like metal I would enjoy more than I did. It's fine.

Sitting at an unfortunate halfway point between whiner boy depression metal, and cheesy power metal, it would benefit a lot from just picking a lane. As someone who's not really a fan of either, but who prefers the power metal over the whiny stuff, I think American bands aren't capable of doing power metal right. They get too self-conscious too quickly to hit the necessary flamboyance.

Rated 8/10

Didn't care for the vocals, too middle of the road between strong and pretty. Could really have benefitted from some instrumental variety, the guitar drums and bass always sounded the same. Strong start and finish though

Rated 2/10

I suppose it is better than most metal since it has a more melodic element, but still just god awful. 1/5

oh come on. The drum work? incredible. The whole album is basically a sonic time capsule of when pop metal jumped the shark. this is the metal kid equivalent to ska. Mother of christmas I hate that album.

You shouldn't be allowed to participate in communal listening projects where you get to add your opinion.

Used to be a fan of avenged sevenfold when I was a teenager, listening back now the vocals just go right through me. Can see why this isn’t a band from my youth I revisit often. This album is a bit all over the place.
