I'd heard the name but never given them a real listen before but this is fantastic. Really funky and dark beats and a really intricate and impressive flow. I'll definitely listen again.

Super smooth, relaxed rap, very slick & polished production. Really easy listening, which makes it maybe a little less memorable than it could be.

It's way too long. But it wasn't the worst of this type of music I've had to listen to.

Reminiscent of Jurassic 5 and De La Soul, which can only be a good thing. Could only be better if it also included Alphabet Aerobics as a bonus track, like on the version a friend burned for me 20+ years ago!
Rated 6/10
Very interesting hip hop album, would have this over a lot of the other hip hop on the list. Just runs a bit over my listening attention span to get 4 stars.
Rated 8/10
very much an underground sounding album. reminds me a lot of MF Doom. The last couple tracks are pretty annoyingly positive and almost preachy, especially Making Progress.
