At this point in history, hard rock music was pretty down and dirty, but this is like painting by numbers dad rock. Absolutely lacking just about everything that makes rock, well, ROCK. Even the signature "Can't Get Enough" song is painfully bland.
Rated 4/10
I went into Bad Company having never listened to Bad Company before, fully expecting classic dad rock fronted by a huge Paul Rodgers vocal. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I got and not in a good way.
The album is competent but painfully safe: bland, predictable, and largely unremarkable. There are a few decent moments—Ready for Love, Don’t Let Me Down, and Can’t Get Enough all hint at what the band could do—but they’re islands in a sea of mediocrity. The most positive thing I can say is that the album is short; any longer and it would have been a real slog.
Even the stronger tracks tend to overstay their welcome, stretching simple ideas further than they deserve. While there are flashes of quality throughout, they never overcome the overwhelming sense of boredom.
Favourite track: Don’t Let Me Down – a good song, but it really could have been a minute shorter
Least favourite track: Much of the album blends into dull, forgettable rock
Album artwork: A genuinely cool cover, and arguably the album’s strongest feature

I was gonna give this two stars simply because this is my dad’s favorite album, but after listening to it I feel like it would’ve earned two stars on its own. I’ve also found the title track cringy my entire life so that doesn’t help. I’m so happy this is Bad Company’s only album on the list.

Aivan täysin ok rock-levy, joskin ehkä vähän tylsänpuoleinen.

I hated the first track but it got better from there. In “Rock Steady” I heard the basis of early Soundgarden.
Rated 6/10
Started off promising but got bland later on!

If I were a dad, I’d be like hell yea.
But I’m not, so I’ll say “just the usual”
Rated 4/10
Wow, this album starts off STRONG with three bangers everyone knows that basically define what I think of as "classic rock". It does slide a lot after that though. Slower, more ballad-esque tracks fill out the remainder of the album and I just lost interest entirely
Rated 4/10
It's 70's dad rock so if you like that, then you'll like this. I don't particularly like dad rock. It's not bad, it's just not for me. It's nice and short though.
Rated 2/10
My God almighty this was as textbook, generic 70’s Dad rock as you are ever gonna find. Unbelievably dull, I honestly have pretty much forgotten it already.
Rated 6/10
Bad Company by Bad Company on the album Bad Company doesn’t have the same aura that Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath on the album Black Sabbath has. It’s could always be worse company. Absolute meat and potatoes rock. Built to fill the dead air of classic rock radio between Stairway and Welcome To The Jungle after the morning show but before the midday DJ starts. I will not complain about listening to this, but not much more than that. Favorite songs were Can’t Get Enough, Ready For Love, and Bad Company.

Rock steady? More like steady rock amiright?
Rated 2/10
Music for people who list DIY in their hobbies.
Rated 6/10
I feel like this could be better described as "mild" company - nothing to standout of horrible. 3/5
Rated 10/10
Great album. Not sure what else to say, it's just good. 5/5
Rated 6/10
Bad Company are known as a hard rock band, but there's nothing particularly hard about this album. I'd much rather listen to this than Back in Black or whatever. This dude can sing.
Rated 4/10
More like bland company
