Fun album full of bombastic Celtic influenced rock. Favorite track: Come On Eileen

There were a few more elements of psychedelia in this than I'd have expected from these two. Good stuff. Favorite track: Fakin' It

The sound of great band finding their way early on in their career. As a historical document it's really cool. Favorite track: American Girl

Gets quite repetitive by the end but still beautiful harmonies to be behold. Favorite track: Kentucky

I live pretty much everything about this beautifully weird album. Favorite track: Time

Really nice ambient stuff. Favorite track: Sexy Boy

When you add up a slick DJ like Terminator X, the ultimate hype man in Flava Flav, and the top tier flow of Chuck D you get a hip hop stew that is not to be missed. Favorite track: Bring the Noise

I definitely appreciate the Prince vibes, and he has a wonderful voice. All that said, can't see myself coming back to this one much. Favorite track: Who's Loving You

Overall just very bland for my liking. The vocals especially. Favorite track: The Fox in the Snow

Quite a few top notch songs here, but a few too many throwaways for the whole record to be considered great. Still a really solid eclectic mix of tracks. Favorite track: Hotwax

Man Cassandra has good taste. I know this album was omnipresent in the 70s and some people resent it for that fact but I love it's whimsical, frenetic energy. Favorite track: (I'll Give You) Money

It's hard to go wrong with the smooth sounds of Bob Marley. Yet another solid release. Favorite track: Natty Dread

I don't believe dream pop gets better than this. Beautiful, ethereal stuff. Favorite track: Heaven or Las Vegas

Nice return to the old days for Mr. Costello. A good straightforward rocker. Favorite track: A Kinder Murder

Occasionally ventures into territory that's a bit too easy listening for my taste, but when it's good it's a rocking fun time. Favorite track: Couldn't I Just Tell You

Love the vocal harmonies and the overall vibe. It's really short though. Favorite track: Made to Love

The White Stripes piano driven album. Sounds better than I would've thought! Favorite track: Blue Orchid

I hear a lot of influence on later psych rock bands. I like it! Favorite track: Take the Time Around

It's a shame that The Kinks are often overshadowed by their contemporaries from this time, because they put out some amazing records that deserve to be heard. Perhaps, none greater than this one. Favorite track: Johnny Thunder

Excellent album, which is seemingly all Radiohead know how to do. Favorite track: Go to Sleep
