I mean based on the album cover I was expecting some hard rock and what i got was a kind of rock and roll ballad filled record. I enjoyed it by the end more than I thought but its still just fine
If I ever want to listen to some good folk country stuff I’ll come back to this one
Rated 6/10
Love the 70s sound and some amazing tracks on here but a bit too much pop sounds which makes it a strong 3
Honestly a fun time. Probably would give it a 4 on second listen
Would be a low 4 but it just doesnt sound that great… The mixing is all over the place. But the music is good stuff
Rated 8/10
A little too 80s goofy for me but Paul Simons genius cant be denied. Everything sounds crisp and clean. A low 4 for me and my favorite was Graceland track no 2
Rated 8/10
A really good album but not in their top 3. I dont know if Im hallucinating or not but I can hear a little bit of joy division influence on this one. Really noisy and well made record
Possibly the best christmas album of all time
Although I think Aphex Twin does it better I cant deny the influence and the surprising Hiphop beats carried it to 4 stars for me
A fun 70s rock one. The first song is insane but I was a little let down after that
a masterpiece theough and through… it is a bit long but I dont think there are skips on it. It’s all structured nicely and all the songs are beautifully recorded and mixed so theres that too. It has one of my favorite songs Cupid de locke also
Rated 6/10
Harmonica :)
Rated 8/10
I love Ice Cube and this one did not disappoint!
muuch better than i expected.. Pretty fun. There are much better new wave punk-ish records
I dont know… I felt nothing extra about this one. I can hear the influence these guys had all over the folk- singer songwriter genre but still I dont think I’m gonna revisit.
Rated 6/10
Very pretty song but other than american pie they dont stand out. Other than that beautiful guitar play and all but i dont think ill revisit
Rated 6/10
A pretty fun album but its not their best
Rated 8/10
It is a good one but i liked rubber soul even more
Rated 6/10

Rated 8/10
