Mewling approximation of singing with little regard for instrumentation, pandering to lowest common denominator themes of sex and dance without achieving sexy or successfully making your body move. This exists to market a washed up boyband member and has nothing to say.

No one puts in more flavor than Tom. It's not always pleasant, but it's always evocative

I wish Bono were a better singer. The first two tracks I love from sear familiarity, and the rest have some nice sentiments. My dad used to say that U2 only knows three chords and doesn't feel obligated to use them in every song, and I definitely understand why now.

I can't say I see the appeal. The Renegade track just makes me wish Jay put any emotion into any of his tracks.

This is as hard as metal gets while still being music and it's way harder than I like.

I could understand every word but it still felt tight. Tons of tough fronting but still had the occasional uplifting vulnerability. Perfect production

I am really struggling to find the merit here. I can see the appeal of Captain Beefeater as outsider art, but Liars is not doing anything new and it's painful

I never thought I would hear the single not flute being put to such incredible use. Mr. Hancock is a genius.

Awesome voice, but I think the closer in focus on the more mundane and the Casanova character do not sure The Divine Comedy well. Something for the Weekend is fantastic, and middle class heros certainly makes an uncomfortable statement, but I just don't love it like their other work.

Genius of love is a classic, but this whole album could have benefitted from slightly more refined vocals
