It was fine … but not my favourite Eminem

I own this but haven’t listened to it much… I thought it wasn’t as good as the later albums but on revisiting (because of this project) I’ve realised it is very good

Never heard of The Roots and didn’t think it was for me after the first few tracks .. but it started to get interesting around track 10. Kind of liked it by the end.

Aside from Nothing Compares 2U (which I heard way too many times on the 6th form college jukebox in the 90s) .. nothing stood out. It was fine but I thought I’d enjoy it more.

An album I recognised that I’ve often seen referred to as a foundation of alternative music - but never heard. It was fine, but felt like I should have liked it more than I did.

Not a fan … or a Stan … but liked it more than I thought I would.
