Well, there was certainly an attempt at doing something different.
Listen to Wire's "Pink Flag" instead of this. I promise you'll have a better time.

Rated 10/10
Absolute classic. Probably their best record. Feels like a classic rock album updated for the present. It has aged wonderfully.
Rated 8/10
I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. The production has aged it a lot though.

People forget (or never even knew) Santana used to be cool as fuck.
Rated 4/10
It starts off well enough. I thought, "wow, this is some pretty progressive pop, I'll probably give it a 4/5". Then it slowly descends into the ABBA everyone knows, probably a little too cliche for its own sake.
Rated 8/10
Not the best Primal Scream album, but far from their worst. Very soundtrack-y in spots. But that's not a bad thing at all.
Rated 6/10
Alternates between brilliant and obnoxious.
Rated 10/10
It's a classic for a reason. Proof that guitar bans can (and perhaps should) aim to do something different every now and then.
Rated 8/10
I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did. It’s no classic, but it’s good.
Rated 6/10
I can enjoy some of it, but a few songs are very grating. Not my thing.
Rated 10/10
Very good album. Essential listening that goes beyond its status as a fundamental reference for electronic music.
Rated 8/10
It's pleasant enough.
Rated 6/10
I can appreciate it, but it's not exactly my cup of tea. A bit too much on the soft side.
Rated 10/10
The only problem with this album is that it ends.
Rated 6/10
It's enjoyable, but a bit too mellow towards the end. Not for me.
Rated 8/10
I've always thought "Rumours" was a little flat beyond the songs everyone knows. "Tusk" was a welcome surprise. It overstays its welcome for sure, but I enjoyed it.
Rated 10/10
Undeniable quality.
Good album but arguably worse than the one before and the one after it.
