Eh. The songs themselves aren't bad, but as a total package everything sort of runs together and doesn't really grab me.

It's insane how good their later albums are compared to this debut. Shows a lot of promise, but I don't see myself choosing this over other albums in their discography.

Probably the best U2 album I’ve listened to thus far. The first half of the album is genuinely very strong. Second half kinda peters off into “generic U2 type music” but overall it’s a good album
