Banger album

Important album in context of seeing their evolution, but damn what a boring album. Has some fun bangers for sure but overall its one of their worst albums

Please god, no more Costello

Damn such a good album. Lotta good songs here. This was my 2nd sepultura album and the first didnt impress me. I felt like it aged poorly. This album, however, holds up. Feels like this album was a precursor for modern metal. Great listen

God this album sounded awful. Horrible mixing, horrible production, horrible quality, everything. Then i read on the wiki on how much tike they spent setting everything up and placing instruments in certain spots and recording equipment in certain angles and in different rooms and blah blah blah. The entire team was high on drugs and recorded everything in a soup can is the only logical explanation

This has been a tough one for me to review. This album was with in my formative youth and its hard to not gush over it over a personal nostalgia. However it has problems that ive critiqued other albums on and i feel its unfair to give this album a pass because of the nostalgia trip.

Undeniably an iconic album from the start of the new millennium, packed with iconic songs that have stood the test of time. The album suffers from multiple songs sounding far too similar to each other, to the point that even after all these years, i still need to check which song im actually listening to.

Im struggling between a 4 and 5 but nostalgia is gonna win this out. 5/5 album final answer

Iconic album. Even if it isnt your favorite album or if you hate the beatles, its still absolutely worth learning the story behind this album.

Atrocious snoozefest

Instrumentally very fun but the vocals killed my enjoyment

Ground breaking album that ruffles so many feathers, i love it. I would argue that Iowa is the definitive slipknot album that must be listened to, but this album is also deserving to be on the list. Love it or hate it
