This might be the best live album of all time. Most live albums the crowd is there, but they're unnecessary. The crowd on this album is another instrument, and a very important one.

Plus it's Johnny Cash, the songs are all excellent, sung with passion and humor. It's just great.

Not really a fan of this album. It’s just a little too … something. I can really put my finger on why I didn’t like it, but I didn’t. I never got to the point where I wanted to skip tracks but it was close.

Only song I liked was Songs of Love, and I prefer the Ben Folds version of that one anyway.

My Bloody Valentine is a band that could probably be a favorite of mine if I listened more, but I just haven't really. I've liked everything I've heard, but just have never quite fallen in love.

I liked this album. Didn't love it, but liked it a lot.

I was surprised by how much I liked this album. Well, at least the first half of what I started listening to. I didn't realize I had the 2008 Deluxe edition, which is WAY WAY too long, BUT, the original 12 songs on 1977 edition are pretty good.

You can hear The Beach Boys on this, of course, but there's other influences and directions it takes. It's good, I'll listen to this one again.

This might be the definition of a "fine" album. Seriously, there's nothing wrong with it. But there's nothing really *right* with it, either. Complete background noise. Won't turn it off, was never annoyed, and will probably never choose to play it again.

I didn't start off as a big Bruce guy, and this album didn't do anything to change my mind. But it's not terrible, either.

I really hated this. Not too many albums that I've wanted to turn off, but add this one to the list. Alternated between bored and annoyed the entire album.

I think this is my second favorite Bowie album. The songwriting is excellent here. And Changes is a flat out great song.

Will gladly put this one on, pretty much anytime.

I got annoyed by this album. Not because it's disco (that didn't help, I just don't like the genre) but because it's just so repetitive. Every song is 5-8 minutes long and they could've been 1:30 and not changed anything except knocking off the last 4 minutes that just repeats what happens in the first two. Good Times is the prime example. It's a good song, but it would've been a great song with some editing. The rest of the album suffers from the same, except the songs aren't as good.

Probably a 2, but Good Times is just too good of a song for that, so I'll bump it up to a begrudging 3.

I thought this was okay to start. But I really started losing interest at the end. Fine, won't turn it off, might try it again sometime, but not super interesting, either.

I enjoyed this much more than I expected to. I'm not a big Metal guy, but this was more raw and I found that more interesting than I find most of the technically proficient metal.

I didn't really like this much. It was too jarring the different styles of music and the lack of any sort of flow. And I didn't find any of the parts that were decent that compelling, either. Not for me.

I don't know what to rate this thing. It's not offensive, but I don't really want to listen to it again anytime soon. But I probably wouldn't turn it off if it was one, either.

Everything on here has been done better by The Beatles, Prince, and Bowie. So what's the point?

It's totally fine. I just didn't care about it at all. Probably a 2.5 that I'll bump to a 3 just because it's fine.

Strange album. It's not bad, but not sure why it's on the list either. Other than it may have been popular in the UK for 3 months and the author(s) of the book seem to love that.

I would've preferred to listen to this outside in the late spring or summer with a breeze. In the cold of winter at my work desk wasn't the best environment. It's sort of all over the place, and grabs different styles from different places.

I think I'll listen to this one again. But not soon.

Didn't know anything about this other than Randy Newman was the guy who did the songs for Toy Story.

That said, I was surprised by how much I liked this. It was funny, biting, and a little mean. But I really enjoyed it.

Loud and in your face.

Darby Crash's lyrics are some of the best in punk. And Pat Smear's guitar work is really good here, too.

This is a great example of late 70s punk/hardcore.

I didn't hate this. Very 60s, but not in a bad way.

I started to listen to this in stereo. Don't do that, it's terrible. The mono version is much, much better.

I might listen again, but not anytime soon.

Some good songs, a lot I didn't care about much at all. Like most of U2, it's entirely Meh for me.
