You know an album is good when you genuinely debate if it is better or on par with "Songs In The Key Of Life". This is one of those albums. That's all that needs to be said from me.

I actually have never listened to Bob Dylan before today. I've seen this cover around but never took the time to give it a proper listen. Man, when I say this may just be one of the greatest records not only from the 60's but of the genre as a whole I truly mean that. The blend of folksy rock blended with heartfelt lyricism and country based appeal with a hint of jazz makes this such a unique listen to me. Also, Bob Dylan's voice is very unique as well. Took a couple of tracks but I really see the appeal. "Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" has also entered my personal list of the greatest songs ever written as well.

I really enjoyed this record. Bowie's iconic voice against this more stripped back style was really unique in my opinion. Definitely one for the books.

I LOVED this one. Blondie is not a band that I'm entirely familiar with but this is an amazing introduction. Surprisingly I had heard some of these songs before, I just didn't know it was them. Great stuff all around. Just a freeing, energetic record.

Can't go wrong with a smooth jazz listen. John Coltrane had it going on. What a timeless piece this one is too.

19 YEARS... 19 years of my life and I've never heard this masterpiece in full. I mean, this record is just about the greatest blend of funk, jazz-elements, psychedelic rock and all jumbled into this amazing record. Listening to this left not a single dull moment and had me groovin' the entire time. May very well be a Top 3 listen for me so far.

One of the most important hip-hop records ever and easily one of the most iconic as well. You're getting that classic west-coast style with G-funk elements and genuine rapping. Easily a top contender.
Now ain't this a swell lil listen. Very enjoyable, happy vibes, heavily reminiscent of the fall season, and still holds up even though it was released in 1966.

I mean... what more do I even have to say? This is one of Lupe Fiasco's most astonishing pieces of work to date and some would argue it isn't even his best. Great lyrical capabilities, amazing storytelling, themes, and production, and it still stands strong as one of his best projects today.
Rated 8/10
Very unique listen for sure. Wasn't expecting this blend of sounds and storytelling from the cover but I was pleasantly surprised. Rufus Wainwright's ability to sing with this melodic moan type of sound makes for some very interesting sounding tracks in the best way.

Solid stuff. I haven't heard this one before nor was I familiar with Muse's music but this was a pleasant introduction. Nice.

This project here! Magnificent! The fact that this was an improvised piece done live back in 1975 really goes to show just how talented Keith Jarrett is as a pianist and musician as a whole. This was my introduction to him and I couldn't have asked for a better record to start with. Easily one of the greatest pieces ever made.

"Be" by Common stands to be an easy pick for at least Top 20 hip-hop albums of all time for good reason. Amazing message, still holds up 'til this day, production and music styling is immaculate all around.
Rated 10/10
One of the most amazing records that I've heard in my entire life from the late, great Amy Winehouse. A beautiful look into her mind as she tackles topics such as toxic relationship, a desire for romance, and her struggles with alcoholism in one jazz-infused soul project for the ages.
Rated 6/10
Solid, nothing crazy, pretty well all around.
Rated 8/10
A beautifully put together double album from one of the greatest hip-hop duos to date. Knowing that this was originally supposed to be separate independent projects makes this album hit in an interesting way. I was able to see the dynamic between OutKast through a lens of similarities in style and differences in scope. Amazing production, wonderful performance, loved this one all around.

Solid stuff. Love the folk-rock blend and the soulful singing of Stephen Stills. For sure a great introduction to the artist as a whole.

Very interesting concept and the music stands up amazingly. Truly a piece ahead of its time.

Beck is an artist who I'm not exactly well knowledgeable on but man this was an amazing introduction. Such a dynamic sound merged in with western themes and rock fused into this high energy jam session of a project. Really loved this one.

Very interesting project. Once more, surprised this is my first time listening to it. I really enjoyed the percussive elements of it and, of course, "Paper Planes" still stands as one of the best pop songs of all time. Some cool tracks here for sure. Nothing too crazy but fun overall.
