You know an album is good when you genuinely debate if it is better or on par with "Songs In The Key Of Life". This is one of those albums. That's all that needs to be said from me.

I actually have never listened to Bob Dylan before today. I've seen this cover around but never took the time to give it a proper listen. Man, when I say this may just be one of the greatest records not only from the 60's but of the genre as a whole I truly mean that. The blend of folksy rock blended with heartfelt lyricism and country based appeal with a hint of jazz makes this such a unique listen to me. Also, Bob Dylan's voice is very unique as well. Took a couple of tracks but I really see the appeal. "Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" has also entered my personal list of the greatest songs ever written as well.

I really enjoyed this record. Bowie's iconic voice against this more stripped back style was really unique in my opinion. Definitely one for the books.

Parallel LinesBlondie

Rated 10/10

I LOVED this one. Blondie is not a band that I'm entirely familiar with but this is an amazing introduction. Surprisingly I had heard some of these songs before, I just didn't know it was them. Great stuff all around. Just a freeing, energetic record.

Can't go wrong with a smooth jazz listen. John Coltrane had it going on. What a timeless piece this one is too.
