This is really the kind of album you do want to get on the list, type of work you want people to hear unlike endless stream of below-mid indie rock offerrings. This is really something - a unique combination of western styles mixed with brasilian samba - one of a kind sound. I have already rated this at 4.5 on RM and thank God I have already discovered and grew into this wonderful music. Probably 5 stars just as a statement, great work!

Really really boring indeed, very very average, pretty pretty bad. Listening to this somehow killed my ability to express myself, boring indie dude, at most 2, deserves 1 star

This one is quite interesting to review, an absolute classic no doubt but I also have some reservations about most of the band members, if you can even call Pistols a band, much less an artist and more of an experiment. I do love loads of tracks from this, but I am not so huge on punk and prefer post variety. But easy 4 stars nevertheless

Another descent album from the Boss! I love Atlanmtic City but I am afraid other songs are nowhere near as memorable and it's kind of mid in general. Despite sounding negative, I would have a hard time to give this classic less than 4 but I will stick to this for a while today before deciding.

Such a classic! Still sounding great to this day, extremely influential and groundbreaking no doubt. This was my introduction to hip-hop. Easy 4 stars from me. A bit samesy and simplistic and repetitive too reach the top marks though!

Honestly this sounds almost exactly like something I would make with my little Korg drum machines in my free time. Maybe quite innovative for it's time, but knowing this was '94 I highly highly doubt it. Really quite boring stuff, 2 stars if I am feeling generous.

I love Sam Cooke however a little bit disappointed by recording quality of this live album. Despite that I will still give this one 4 stars, and also it's the only Sam album on the list so you know this legend deserves it

Very easy 5 stars for this extremely dark album, probably among the most depressing pieces of music you will ever hear and among the best post punk albums released in the 80s ever.

Ok, so first of all, this is among my favourite Bowie's albums and he is my most listened artist, so I could easily just give it 5. But trying to be objective, second half not as good as first, but then I relistened to it and was, maybe not surprisingly, surprised once again by mr. Chameleon. Really strong work no doubt, work of art in a real sense. Still can't decide, but at least strong 4 stars for sure.

P.S. Already rated 4.5 on RYM quite a while ago, but today I was really getting in that second album of the album and found some awesome tracks, but because I love Bowie's music so much I might just love his stuff more than usual, so I might just lean in here for 4 stars leaving myself with ability to raise to 5 anytime

Might have to go back quickly to the other album I've already listened from them as this seems quite average post-punk album as well but slightly worse than aforementioned one. However probably still 3 stars.
P.S. revisited that other album and yeah - maybe it is slightly better, but this is alright as well. I expect the last album on the list from them to be the best one as it seems like their most acclaimed one. Anyway, alright band so far, definitely 3.

Excited to get some Willie Nelson, great music, beautiful voice and great storytelling right there. If I think of what a good country should be, this is your guy. Strong 4 stars.

Nice, I wish I got them yesterday. I am not sure why for the most part I really don't like indie music, but I really like these early original waves of it. This is great stuff, easy 4 stars

For the 2nd day in a row, I am getting quite repetitive and boring 90s club music. This might be slightly worse than the one yesterday though. I couldn't even finish it before work and not tempted too much to listen to this again. Get off the list

At first I did not like this, but as I kept listening going to work this reminded me of 90s action movie, and low behold - this guy indeed did the OSTs for Ocean's bank heist movies so maybe that's why it sounds somewhat familiar. I was thinking 2, but maybe 3 stars after all.

Oh wow, this is even jazzier than her big breakthrough record I had quite recently. Very enjoyable stuff, she celarly grew up listening to old soul and jazz singers, you can just feel the great influence of Ms Holiday and Ms Fitzgerald. Great stuff, probably can also go up to 4 stars. At least 3.5 on RYM.

Not bad, but also pretty average, I quite enjoyed it but did not really feel I need to explore more from them. Most 3, maybe 2 stars, 2.5 on RYM as average.

Interesting to listen to full Beck album for the first time in my life, was only aware of his biggest hit. This is quite not bad, I smell a lot of interesting influences in this music, but despite that there are not too many memorable moments, at least not at first. Productions is alright and songriting is pretty good, probably right in the middle with 3 stars.

This is interesting, in theory, I should absolutely love this album, it is very influential when we talk about post-punk. And don't get me wrong, this is a good, enjoyable piece of art. I think it will take some time to soak in, one things I don't like is vocal performance, but considering all of that this is still probably easy 3 stars.

Maybe I am slighltly dissapointed here in myself as this was supposed to be groundbreaking debut album from a singer discussing feminist issues. The problem is - it is very bland, bording and just musically uniniteresting, not interesting enough to even focus on the lyrics so I am afraid no more than 2 stars.

Damn, this really bored me sooo much this morning, not horrible but probably no more than 2 stars yay. P.S. I'll give it to them cause the short intro track reminded me of early Eno work so the influences are there
