Is this song (Bobby McGee) about the trials of pre-cellphone relationships?
I didn't think I would enjoy this, her voice is not my favorite. I ended up really liking it, much mellower than I thought.

Morrisey's crooning is not unpleasant, nice actually. Despite him being something of a twat I enjoyed this one. Heard several songs before but never the whole album. Will be back for sure.

I have a soft spot for the band, Mothers Milk and BSSM were instrumental to my adolescence and the development of my musical taste. This one feels a little like they overstayed their welcome a tad. Seems to lack a little of the funky madness I liked so much in the early work. Now that y'all mention it the sound quality is a little brutal, what's up with that?

I think I should have liked it more than I did. I have a bone to pick with flute insertion, has to be done just right. Not unpleasant but I didn't find anything here that I couldn't wait to hear again. Maybe I will try again later.

I can't remember if I found this song before Slumdog M$. I loved Paper Planes, so gangsta, then I saw the hilarious video. Album is pretty mediocre.

Not quite up to the standard of Breakfast but pretty good. Rick's favorite which tells you all you need to know about that. A little too much prog, not enough pop stylie for this Comrade. 3.6

On paper this is perfect for me. Catchy punk styling, tuff grrrls singing, bit of noise thrown in. Something seems to be missing. Some good tracks but more soft spots than not on first listen in 20 years.
