In this album, Morrissey assures us that he was a "good and nice kid" who is only racist because he is English. But don't worry: he has forgiven Jesus for making him like this. Also he wants to kiss you.

This is some peak 'good vibes but forgettable' 90s music. Solid effort but unfortunately it wasn't quite inventive enough. It sounds an awful lot like the other more indie music of the time, making it fade into obscurity.

It's a war on war

I can't tell if "You're the One for Me, Fatty" is body positivity or not. Considering what Morrissey is like it's probably not.

Liz Phair in 1993: "Every time I see your face I get all wet between my legs."
Taylor Swift in 2025: "It's kind of making me wet."

There you have it, folks. Yet another instance of Taylor Swift stealing other artists' music. For shame, Taylor. For shame.

RocksAerosmith

Rated 8/10

Back when Aerosmith didn't sound like a parody of themselves.

"Back in the Saddle" is killer 70s gold, and although nothing else in the album lives up to it, it's still got some great Aerosmith variety. "Sick as a Dog" was not my cup of tea, but pretty much everything else was decent. "Home Tonight" especially was a great way to finish it off, and "Lick and a Promise" made for a good time, as well.

Of course, I probably would have been just as entertained if I just listened to the opening track and didn't bother with the other 30 minutes.

An album so repetitive it sounds like a Spongebob joke.

Mr Krabs: Yes, hello. I was wondering if you could play that song again.
Radio DJ: Hmmm, which one, man?
Mr. Krabs: The one that goes "Bee-boo-boo-bop, boo-boo-beep."
Radio DJ: No, man, you're thinking of "Bee-boo-boo-bop, boo-boo-bop."

Nothing but love for 'Cecilia' and 'Baby Driver', a lot of the other songs are a bit too slow but damn, there was some real joy contained in this one

Also remind me again what the hell did Art contribute to this band??
