Out of curiosity I looked through the 1 and 2 star reviews and I was not surprised that I had stumbled upon a small collection of just the dumbest idiots on the internet.

This is easily a 5 star album just for having I Wish and Sir Duke, but the rest of the songs are incredible too.

This was better than I expected it to be, though I admit I only listened to the original tracks. I’ll definitely listen again soon.

I don’t know how many funk albums are on this list, but I do know that that number isn’t big enough. I knew this would be great and I wasn’t wrong, this is a solid 4/5 album.

In high school I had a friend who was obsessed with this band, so after while I became really familiar with their first 3-4 albums. I think if I had heard this album for the first time today I wouldn’t have liked it, but the nostalgia makes it a solid 3/5.

I’ve always heard of this band but I never knew what they sounded like until today. The first few songs really caught my attention, but that began to fade as the album went on.

Talking Heads is one of my favorite bands of all time, and I’m excited they’ve got some albums on this list. That being said, I’d swap this one with Speaking in Tongues. I like this album, it’s just a weaker one in their discography for me.

First time listening to Mudhoney and it’s so clear how much Kurt loved these guys. Initially I only listened to the original 6 song tracklist, but after those I listened to the the rest of the deluxe edition.

I’ve already listened to Kanye for this list once, but I hadn’t heard that one before. This one I’ve heard before so I can’t in good conscience give Ye any more money from streaming.

This album deserves 5/5, Kanye deserves 1/5, so I’m gonna say 3/5.

I’ve been getting into Ween lately and this album sounds really similar to them and I wasn’t expecting it.

I know ABBA to be a great band, but this album fell flat for me. None of these songs were bad, they none of them stood out to me.

Every time I listen to this album I forget about Oh Daddy. I don’t enjoy that song, but the rest of this album more than make up for it. Easy 5/5.

I feel somewhat disappointed by this one, I liked The Killing Moon and Silver before today and I was hoping the rest of the album would be at least as good.

This was a fun album from start to finish and I had no problem staying engaged despite the album’s length. I’d have to listen again to really know how it works as a concept album, but I have a feeling I’ll enjoy it more the second time.

I worked at a Ruby Tuesday for 4 years in the early 2010’s and Tightrope was apart of the restaurant’s shuffling playlist the whole time. I’ve heard that song 100’s of times and always thought it was pretty cool though I never knew who/what it was. Hearing it again today after so long was unexpectedly wonderful!

When I started this I gave myself a ten skip limit, and I believe I’ve only used one so far. Well this year for Christmas I decided to gift myself one additional skip which I’ll be using right now!

Seriously, it’s not even about Phil Spector being a murderer. That obviously sucks, I just really hate Christmas music.

I’m still giving star ratings, based on how I think I’d like the albums I skip. I know there is a button to click specifically for albums we didn’t listen to, but I’m not using it.
