I've never had an album like this where the first 3 tracks are so awful, but the rest of the album is either good or OK.
2.0/5.0: Disappointing
Rated 6/10
Overall this was good, but it was heavily carried by the hits.
3.0/5.0: Good

Nick Drake, but even more stripped-down. Still great.

I'd love to give this points for being Tom Waits, but this is just not good. It's different, but not good.

I really didn't care for this at all. Needed tremolo riffing or something.

This did not have a promising start, but I thought it got better as it went along and had a good bit of variety as well.

Right from the opening fart, I knew this was going to be rough.

Generational levels of goofy.

This album really wants to be taken seriously but also contains the lyric "if sex were an Olympic sport, we'd have won the gold".
2.0/5.0: Uses Gene Simmons interview talking points for lyrical content
Rated 6/10
This was very good, but Parade and You Don't Have to Be So Nice kind of dragged this down for me.

I thought I just hated Elvis, but now I guess I just don't like 50s rock n roll.
1.5/5.0: Bad

I love metal, in (almost) all its forms, but this is just not it. This is cheesy, long-winded pop with hilarious 80s production choices.
Death's "Scream Bloody Gore" also dropped in 1987 and helped establish the template for death metal. I bring this up because the list doesn't have any death metal on it but for some reason there are two Def Leppard albums.
0.5/5.0: Unlistenable
Rated 10/10
Great songwriting, catchy, but with a slight edge. Also a stone-cold classic in its genre.

The hottest and garbage-iest of hot garbage.

I know it's Willie Nelson, but I just don't care for slow country.
2.0/5.0: Disappointing
Rated 6/10
Completely inoffensive, but also completely boring.

First song was called "The Dolphins." Don Shula would be disappointed.

Honestly, even the alleged "banger" on this is kind of annoying.

This is actually "The Good Stuff".
