Astounding! What arresting sound! It feels cool and dark and frenetic and wonderful. Even two songs in and I have a hard time imagining not loving the rest of the album. And I loved it.

Not very into this album. It's like someone took all the fun out of an Arctic monkeys album

Yet another ex-1001 album!

It was alright.
I can see why it was originally added to the 1001, noteworthy due to it being by a contemporary "supergroup", alas, in this case, time has proved that the sum isn't greater than its parts.

I had no idea this was a thing. It's quite well-formed and catchy.

Another album from my biggest blind spot, didn't know of them, never heard it before. Really liked it! Will listen again.

The big retro arrangements are putting lipstick on a pig. Same goes for the album cover. And an ironic joke for a title? Har har har... Holy fuck there must be eight dozen albums from 2008 alone that deserve to be on the list in place of this one.
