I knew of a few Stereolab tunes before, but hadn't listened to any of their albums. I liked it, it's great for background music, but nothing that really jumped out at me with a wow.
Rated 8/10
A very pleasant listen :)

Krautrock beats, lush orchestral arrangements, and upbeat woozy spacey electro psych sounds make for a fun trance inducing, very chilled out, atmospheric album. For the most part - there are a few more fuzz guitar and swirling organ driving garage rock inspired songs too, but they're at their best in the more patient relaxed sprawling mode, letting the groove carry them along. But when the beat drops out they get pretty listless and dull (monster scare). It's the 90s idea of the 60s, and it's mellow vibez.
Favorites: metronomic underground, percolator, yper sound, tomorrow is already here

As boring as an album can get. Nothing uniquely good or bad, and I can't even remember how any of them sounded. It just... was.
Rated 4/10
This was not good. There were some decent elements, but then they found a way to repeat them until they were annoying. 2/5

Die tweede keer overtuigt me. Het werkt me vooral op mijn zenuwen. Dit scoort voor mij 2+ sterren. Ik 'like' het eerste nummer. Dat is voldoende om over te houden in de playlist van dit album.

I really love this album. When I first came across Stereolab (on the High Fidelity soundtrack I think), I really hadn't heard anything like them before. They somehow managed to make weird, experimental, and noisy music that also sounds beautiful. After several years of owning this album, I still feel like I'm getting to know it. But it's very transporting, and I keep coming back to it.
Rated 8/10
The album was fun. I'd never heard of the band before. I'll listen to it again more closely.

I found this one to be very interesting. Some good melodies and loops. Favorite songs were Cybele’s Reverie, Percolator, The Noise of Carpet, and the title track.

Ah, Stereolab - I *know* them. Having checked Wikipedia, it appears I don't know them at all. Can see why the indie hipsters would absolutely cream themselves over this - Anglo/French? check. Bloopy bleepy? check
Passed by in the background nicely enough. Am I going to rush out to purchase it on vinyl and learn to be a barista? No.
Rated 4/10
Apparently I listened to this whole album, and the only thing I remember about it is the first track. I'm not even drunk.
Rated 4/10
2 average per track. Very hard to get through.
Rated 4/10
This is kind of a mix of indie rock and electronica, sung mostly in French. As background music it is fine, but this isn't something I would be in a rush to listen to again. It all just kind of ran together. No real stand out track to speak of. Not sure what this influenced or why this is on this list.
Favourite songs: Metronomic Underground
Least favourite songs: Percolator, Slow Fast Hazel

Another one of those bands that have gone on to influence a large portion of the music I now listen to. I love how upbeat and playful this album is. The electronica elements are also really great.
Rated 10/10
Love this (and all other Stereolab - surprised Dots and Loops is not in this list). This still sounds completely fresh. So good! Listened to this about three times in the past day.
Rated 8/10
Interesting...would definitely give them more of a listen. 3.5/5
Rated 6/10
It's quite nice. Easy going but with some interesting things going on.
Rated 6/10
Never heard of stereolab before, this is as an interesting album, enjoyed this but the French vocals were a bit annoying stops this getting anything more than a 3.
Rated 6/10
Lyrics half in English and half en français - une très bonne idée! Keeps it intéressant, même si la musique is sometimes un peu dull. Je l'aime, but didn't love it, mais je crois que I might have been very into them si j'avais les connais quand j'etais plus jeunes.
Trois étoiles / three stars

This is very french. I'm pretty over this stupid record by track 11. This is such a boring ass record.
