I'm much more fond of the straight forward rock & roll songs like Somebody to Love and White Rabbit than I am of the flower child, ren fair shit like My Best Friend, Today, or Coming Back to me.
If you're going to listen to weird hippie shit, I guess you could do worse.

About a decade before their time. Great musical storytelling with diverse sound
Rated 8/10
Flower power at its best.
Grace Silks voice is amazing. Her songs on the album are the highlight.
Somebody to love is the standout tune but there are some other belters like white rabbit and she has funny cars.
Favourite song: she has funny cars
Least favourite: everything is cool
Album cover: standard cover

Oh man, I mellowed out so much. SO much. Some of the grooviest work of the 60s with not one but TWO iconic hits. The famous stuff rocks and quite a few of the deep cuts sound great too. However, a couple songs I could have cared less for, making this a solid 4.5.

"Somebody to love" had a resurgence recently. Nice to know where the original is from. Apart from that it was an okay album. Nothing else stood out to me.
Rated 8/10
Good, wasn't expecting much due to the age but Somebody To Love and Comin' Back To Me were really standout tracks
Rated 8/10
Not to be dismissed as a Summer of Love relic, there’s a lot of damn good stuff here.

Amazing that we started here and ended with We Built this City on Sausage Rolls.
Should this be on this list? Yes
Do I give a shit? No

Really popular songs even today and kinda sounds like everything in the late 60s, but still a very enjoyable record

A good album all together. A few standout tracks amidst a lot of general psychedelic music. 3/5.
Rated 6/10
Though familiar with many songs on this album, and considering the frequency that White Rabbit and Somebody To Love have been used in movies, the album more than personifies a period in Western culture.
Rated 6/10
Jefferson Airplane is overrated mid tier music that gets fellated for some odd reason. Yes, there are some good songs on here but as a whole this is a 2.75 at best.

A peak of this style. Somebody To Love is a real hit. The back half falls off for me into that noodling 60s stuff that i generally don't jive with. White Rabbit is iconic.
Rated 6/10
Although I like psychedelic rock, this album is mostly too hippie for me. It smells too much like flower children. And yet it was nice to hear 'White Rabbit' and 'Somebody to Love' again. In the Morning' is great blues.

Raikas tuulahdus 60-luvulta. 4/5

I get why this is on here, but apart from White Rabbit and Somebody to Love, I've always found the rest of it boring. I guess you just had to be there (and probably on acid)!
Rated 8/10
It’s another 3.5 that I think I’m gonna round up to a 4.
It’s just a really solid album to me – I don’t think there’s a bad song on here, just a few repetitive ones where either the lyrics don’t really do enough or the instrumentation stays a bit too grounded, but I liked a lot of this. Really fun guitar, some occasionally cool vocal melodies, and ultimately, just a really good sounding album that sometimes escapes my sensibilities, but still feels nice to listen to.
White Rabbit should have been longer.

Rated 8/10
Quite the mix of great stuff and okay stuff. Surreal good time, man!
Rated 8/10
The songs that Grace solos are *noticeably* better than the ones where she's having to support Marty
