Surprisingly low impact. No More Mr Nice Guy nearly secures this a third star but ultimately I won't be revisiting.
Rated 6/10
2.5/5 - okay
Rated 8/10
Full of bangers, interesting 70s rock
Rated 6/10
I was honestly surprised by how much I dug this one. I was expecting the usual Alice Cooper shock-rock stuff, but this feels more like a campy Broadway show disguised as a glam-rock record. The playing is actually really solid, the guitars are crunchy, the bass is tight, the lyrics are twisted and there's such a weird mix of sounds, from the over-the-top cabaret vibe of "Hello Hooray" to the super pretty piano on "Mary Ann".
Rated 8/10
Ok it isn’t metal but I will gladly take some hard rock at this stage. Loved it, it was powerful, but it was also hugely funny and entertaining from the first intro; loved the spoken word bits. Would I elect him? hell no, but he can amuse me with his music evermore.
Rated 6/10
I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. It is as fun and dynamic as it is catchy. It feels like an attempt at a glam rock opera in some sort of way and I'm all here for it.
8/10 [KEEP]

I really, really, don't buy into the whole persona, and the last couple of tracks are pretty terrible. Strong start though, and honestly much better than I expected.
Rated 6/10
Pretty good time, but it lost me a little bit on the second side rather
Rated 4/10
I’ve only ever heard the hits and now I know why. This was not that great, it was an ok glam rock album. It’s weird, Coopers look/act does not match the music. This is straight up glam à la New York Dolls. This is so tame, and not that memorable. The songs are pretty boring.
Rated 6/10
Holy SHIT this was boring. I thought Alice Cooper was supposed to be some sort of demonic weirdo? The album was fine, but in no way do I understand why the hell this man courted any controversy whatsoever. He's absolutely harmless!
Rated 4/10
Alice Cooper, a pioneer in being obnoxiously "transgressive" for shock value and making incredibly mediocre music for white guys to feel edgy about listening to.
Rated 6/10
Straightforward rock with some dramatic flair thrown in. Mr. Cooper knows how to entertain. Rises a cut above standard classic rock.
3.5 stars.
Rated 8/10
Subversive heavy rock, pretty fun. Worthy of Uber regarded classic

Rated 2/10
An album that captures a moment of eclosis: the glam butterfly emerging from the chrysalsis of garage. An album that asks: what if Ziggy Stardust was a SICKO and TWISTED?! It's basic rock and roll played for high drama, leaning into the HORROR persona and SHOCKING SICKENING REPULSIVE content that would come to define the band. Even if the spectactle of the band was something DEMONIC, these are still 60s guys at heart who can't away from the damn harmonica and white boy blues rock rhythms and so musically this is pretty boring stuff. Wish it was half as SATANIC and SCARY as the pearl-clutchers feared...
Rated 4/10
It’s okay. I don’t have a taste for Alice Cooper, the schtick feels really contrived. And these tunes have a phony weirdness to them that’s off putting. Kind of dumb really.
Rated 6/10
I don't know quite what I thought Alice Cooper was but I didn't know they was/were/is/are a pretty decent glam rock band/lead singer of himself
Good music, though not always at the same height, first few songs pretty exciting and it gets into a pretty-good-not-great lull and then the final song brings it back
Rated 10/10
Before I even hit play this was getting top marks from me. Love Alice Cooper, I really hope I can get to see him live someday before he calls it quits. As for the album, it’s brilliant. Cannot fault it at all.
Top Track - I hate picking the cliche option but No More Mr. Nice Guy is a classic for a reason
They said it best in Waynes World, We’re Not Worthy!

A couple of saves here
