I just can’t do their vocals. I’m not sure exactly what it is but something about them is so cringe to me. Instrumentally it’s decent though. I dig grunge.

Love the concept and the way the tracks are all set in real time. Instrumentally it gives a lot of the same vibes as Pink Floyd's stuff at the time. Really cool album. I need to explore more of Waters' solo stuff.

I'm a fan of Babymetal but didn't really like this one as much as their older ones. Bit too much focus on guest features especially. It's still decent though.

Love Zappa although I won't pretend to be super well-versed. This one is definitely one of of his easiest listens. Lyrics aside, it mostly sounds fairly "normal". But the lyrics and constant stylistic shifts still give it that certified Zappa weirdness in a great way.

One of my favorite Ty Segall albums. I think it's super underrated amongst his discography. It's weirder than most of his stuff and pushes his sound into new territories. I almost get Tobacco vibes at points.

I really enjoy this album. It's a great little slab of pop punk. As much as I enjoy it though, I don't really think it's particularly essential of a listen.

I've listened to this one before. It's pretty solid post-punk. Nothing breaking the mold but solid riffs and a really great talk-singing vocalist.

This is sick as hell. I love krautrock and prog. It gets real weird with it too. I love the mix of more thought out, structured songs and jams.

I definitely would've been into this if I'd discovered it around the time it came out. I love the folky indie rock that came out in this era. Some really beautiful songs and lyrics here.

I went into this expecting to dislike it but it was better than I expected. He's a solid songwriter. Still not exactly my cup of tea but I respect it.

Absolutely incredible weird and eclectic electronic music. Nicolas Jaar really does no wrong.
