Who/Why?

Slade doing Slade as only Slade can 👍

One (maybe one and a half) good songs strung out into a whole album … yawn

Obviously it’s a classic with numerous outstanding tracks … but it is too long (double albums should be reserved for greatest hits … which I suppose this is!)

This album was a favourite when i was in my teens … listened again and I still love it (but not quite 5 stars)

A change in sound from their earlier stuff … not sure it was for the better.

Passed me by at the time .. I think I would have liked it back in the 90s, but not so much now.

I’m a big PJ fan … but I’ve never rated this album much. I prefer angry 90s PJ to moody 00s PJ.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from this project it’s that the words “concept album” fill me with dread 😟

Full disclosure … I’d count myself as a fan but hadn’t heard this before. I liked it 👍

Done ✔️ Feels like I deserve some sort of reward.

I’ve awarded 2 stars for effort .. but I will NEVER be listening again.

Bonio is very shouty on this one.

I was looking forward to listening but found it a bit disappointing if I’m honest … I didn’t hate it … but I didn’t like it much either.
