I find this to be really very solid, it blends together a little bit maybe and even though there are undeniable classics here the sound is almost a bit too much for me in places, still a solid 6-7/10 tho

Honestly this is interesting thrash with the hardcore elements but the vocals didn't match the heavier energy and I just kind of plodded through this one. It would be a 5/10 or 6/10 but I'm feeling a little mean so I'm gonna go for a 2

Solid record, not my favourite band of the 60s but they have a few good tracks here

Had all the ingredients but didn't bake well for me, might be a mistake to go 2* but it's a 5/10 for me and will try to revisit sometime

I think as a series of vignettes it works quite well, there isn't anything particularly objectionable here and there are a few big tracks that are standout so I'll go 3*

Really solid debut, impressive how he plays all the instruments here and the pivot from the Nirvana sound

I like how they kinda sound like a different band on every track, but the downside is I don't always like what they're doing. It's a really strong 3

Some great songs here but I wasn't that impressed as a whole, 3 for tracks like It's Too Late though

Second disc is one of the best albums of the decade, first disc is good but has some weak tracks. Tempted to go 5* anyways but think it's more of a 4 for now

Don't understand why Blur releasing Song 2 was then 'finally turning their backs on Britpop' or whatever but when Elastica released the secret third Team Dresch record it's apparently fine to be called Britpop?
