This was a new one for me. And I really liked it. If I do this challenge a second time, this is one that I could see even being bumped up a start, but for the first listen, it was really good.

There's a longer version of this album that's also a decent listen, but I don't think the flow is as good.

I really like The White Stripes and this album came out in a time period where guitar rock was basically dead. Jack said, no, this is how it's done. It's probably only a 4 star album, but I've listened to it too many times and it never gets old, so I'm going the full 5.

I mean, I get it. It's hair metal. And this is a fine version of hair metal, but I wouldn't say it was "good".

It's a fine album.

Completely unknown to me but I liked it. There's no doubt about when it was made, but it works and I look forward to listening to it again.

Started off thinking, this is fine but not sure why I had to listen to it. By the time I got to the end, I started to dislike it.

I thought this was perfectly fine. I liked some of it, didn't like some of it, found some of it to be compelling and a little bit of it to be annoying. Maybe give it another listen in the future.

I will get hate from some people that like to gate-keep, but I don't care. I love this album. I have played it countless times, will play it countless more. The whole albums works as a concept and story, and it's a great blend of some of the punk aesthetic that Green Day started out with, blended with an absolute banger of pop sensibilities.

Green Day have several great albums, but this one has to be near the top.

Wow, I think this is the first time I've listened to this and I'm not sure how.

The punk vocals with that funky, driving, and even melodic (and loud in the mix) bass works so good. This is excellent, I'm really not sure how it wasn't on my radar before. A great piece of post punk.

I thought this just shy of fine. The Message is really good. Some of the other stuff is good, some of it is not great. I like some of the funk stuff in here, too, a little, but I won't be playing this one again anytime soon. But it's one of those albums that, while not for me, probably should be on the list.

Not necessarily an every day or every situation album, but it's pretty, spacey, and I found myself zoning out listening to it, in a good way. I'll listen to this one again, but probably not soon.

A classic early 90s album that spawned at least 5 singles that still get play today. And it's great, because past the singles you get to the other songs which are still really good and ooze with that funk sound.

It's a little too long. And if you are of the opinion that Anthony Kiedis doesn't have the best delivery, I probably wouldn't argue with you. But I'm glad to have listened to the whole thing again.
