So far, I've always really liked the stuff I've heard from Blur. A 2-hour album that inspires would also inspire me. Unfortunately, that's not the case with this album. Nothing of the first half stuck in my memory. In the second half I became impatient, jumped from track to track and was a bit bored. In the end, I stopped listening to the album. 3/5

This is now Neil Young's 4th album in this project. When I heard it yesterday, I thought it wasn't that bad. Today I can't remember why I thought that. It doesn't seem to have made much of an impression on me. 3/5

A great album. It's the 2nd from Air for me in this project, but the one that introduced me to the band. I can listen to it again and again. Great. 5/5

Oh yes, this is a nice country album. It's fun in between. I can understand other reviewers who, when listening to this music, wish they had a horse and wanted to ride lonely across the prairie. But firstly, I can't ride, I live in a big city and prairies only exist thousands of miles to the east. Secondly, the music reminds me of a scene from the movie 'Deliverance', in which one of the big city tourists gets into a banjo fight with a moronic hillbilly and loses. The scene seems somewhat depressing against the background of the events described later. I might actually listen to this album again later. However, I won't listen to it for 2 hours in one go. 3/5

Pink MoonNick Drake

Rated 6/10

This is now the 3rd album by Nick Drake that I've heard in this project. At least the man stayed true to his style. Unfortunately, I find it pretty boring. The best thing you can say about the music is that it's not offensively annoying. But I wouldn't have missed anything if I'd never heard it. 3/5

Hip hop again. When I heard the scratching in the first track, I thought it might be different this time. But that idea was quickly disproved. I listened to two more tracks. It was the usual hip hop crap. I don't need it. 1/5

Too bad, my comment I wrote yesterday seems to have gotten lost. In my opinion, the album is not Radiohead's best. But it is still very good. I enjoyed listening to it again. 5/5

Rated 10/10

A great album from Queen. Somehow I always seem to have overlooked this album. Maybe it was because of the rather boring title. It was particularly worthwhile to listen to it again after a long time. 5/5

Phew, that was unbearable. I tried. And I would have liked to like it. But I just can't. This cacophonous noise may be groundbreaking, but I don't want to follow that path. I'm sure there are some great ideas behind it. And if the goal of the album was to cause general disturbance, it certainly achieved that. Nevertheless, I don't like it and won't listen to it again. 1/5

Remarkably, next Tuesday I'm going to an open air concert by Iggy Pop. I've listened to this album several times before. I always get really carried away by I Wanna be Your Dog. The rest of the album is weaker but still pretty good. 4/5

Well, that's about it. I actually quite like electronica. I've probably heard Mylo in this context before. At least I knew one track from the album. Overall, however, I didn't particularly like the music. 2/5

KalaM.I.A.

Rated 2/10

I read about M.I.A. years ago in a newspaper for self-proclaimed young intellectuals. Before that, I was familiar with the abbreviation as the title of rather poor action films. The reviewer described the album as the music of a kindergarten on speed, but was quite enthusiastic. I then listened to an album of it. I remember again, I couldn't understand the enthusiasm. Nothing has changed. 1/5

Given the sometimes problematic genre for me and the rather negative reviews on the forum, I was expecting bad things. But no, the album wasn't bad at all, in fact it was quite enjoyable. If it had thrilled me a little more, I might even want to listen to it again. 3/5

Well, that was quick today. I listened to the first three tracks briefly. That's just hip hop. Even if the rap isn't quite as aggressive as so often in this genre, I wasn't interested. The community of my streaming provider seemed to be of a similar opinion. The viewing figures for "Television, the Drug of the Nation" are in the low seven-digit range (which is not much for a over 30 years old song), those for the other first three tracks in the low six-digit range. All others are in the low four-digit range. A silly album cover, by the way. 1/5

Here I can write the rating while listening. I know the album by heart. Smoke on the Water is by no means the best song on the album, but it's always a banger at Head Banger parties. Lazy, one of my favorite songs, delivers the absolute best sound. Simply terrific. If there were more than 5 stars, I would gladly give them. 5/5

Oh yes, the Pogues' music immediately transports you to the steamy, maudlin, boozy and homely surroundings of a pub. Not always, but often fun. 3/5

After 3 songs, which I didn't even listen to in full, I'd had enough. No, I don't need to hear any more of the Byrds. 1/5

No chance of listening to the album with my stream provider. It's probably not my genre either. And the music of The Muppet Show hasn't stuck in my mind/hearing as a must-listen either. I probably didn't miss anything. 2/5
