I've never heard of the band or the album. There were some exciting parts on the album. But overall, I wasn't that interested in the music. Maybe I'll have to give the album a second chance. But then it's no longer first class. It actually needed a 2nd chance. Then I liked the album so much that I wanted to listen to it a 3rd time. The album is pretty good. I'll be listening to it more often. and so the album qualifies as a 5/5

The second album by Barr Adamson that I'm listening to as part of this project. When I heard the title, I initially thought I was listening to Krautrock. At least it sounds like a title from that genre. I liked the album so much that I listened to it twice. It won't be one of my top favorites, but it's definitely interesting enough to listen to again from time to time. 4/5

I remember Run-D.M.C- from back in the day. My brother was enthusiastic about the band and I think there was one song that I really liked. However, I can't remember which one it was. So I didn't have such bad expectations of this album. But it was the usual shouting. No, I just don't get on with hip hop. I only found Walk This Way funny, and for once I'm giving hip hop one point more than usual. 2/5

You have to be a fan of Björk to like this album. I'm not a fan. I think it's really shit. 1/5

This album was a must in my youth. I often listened to the LP at friends' houses until I finally saved up the money for it. Then the album was often on the turntable. And listening to it again now after a long time, I realize that yes, the album is really good. 5/5

I'm really surprised by the album. I may have heard of the band before. I'm not sure about that. But I didn't know the music before. Contrary to a large number of reviews, I like the music very much. Perhaps it is a little too repetitive. In any case, it was fun to listen to the album. I think I will listen to it again. 4/5

Remarkable. This is the 2nd album by Fiona Apple in this list. I had bad memories of the first - newer - one. So I wasn't expecting much. But I was surprised. I liked the album, quite a lot in fact. Did I perhaps do Fiona an injustice with her previous album? I'm listening to it now. No. I don't like the new album, but I do like this one. 4/5

I think I've heard the name of the band before. But I didn't know the album or their music until now. I will have to listen to this album again. The first impression is pretty good, but also a bit exhausting. 4/5

Well, the album went like this. I'd never heard of the band or the album before. I don't think I missed anything either. The global rating of the reviews seems appropriate to me. 3/5

This album is one of my constant and beloved musical companions. I first heard it in 1977 in my then new peer group - I was the New Kid on The Block - and was immediately hooked. I've been listening to the album ever since. I wouldn't have to listen to it at the moment as part of the project. The last time was not long ago. But, hey, why not? There's always time for great music. 5/5

I knew the band name from my youth, but I was no longer familiar with the music. I don't think the live recording is particularly good. It all sounds a bit flat and muddy. The only song I still knew was "I Want You to Want Me", which was the same. In the right mood, it's definitely fun at parties. But I'm not in that mood right now. 3/5

I came across Muse at some point via Radiohead and Placebo. I was quickly very thrilled. I haven't listened to this album in its entirety yet, although it contains one of my top favorites, Supermassive Black Hole. I am very enthusiastic about the album. 5/5

Maybe I have no idea. I have the faint feeling that this is supposed to be great art and that unique snowflakes are floating around. In short, I don't understand the music. Strange vocals that don't match the rhythm of the instruments. Atonality. Overall, my impression when listening to this album fluctuates between boredom and being annoyed. 1/5

I already knew the name of the band beforehand. However, I no longer had an active memory of their music. Nevertheless, the band had positive connotations. I also like the genres they cover. Unfortunately, the album is disappointing. I recognize approaches in the music that I like. Overall, however, it makes nothing of it and is pretty boring. 3/5

I haven't heard anything about the singer or the album yet. The genre has never inspired me. So my expectations were quite low. But I was surprised. I liked most of the album. I wasn't thrilled, but I enjoyed listening to it. I only found the track "I Dream a Highway" far too long and didn't listen to it to the end. 3/5

That was interesting to hear. I was expecting soul, maybe even some jazz. I knew the first track straight away. I thought it was a bit too disco but good. I noticed the disco sound more and more. Although I grew up in that era, it was never my kind of music. And it never will be. 3/5

Tainted Love by Soft Cell is a top hit. It's one of my favorite songs. I didn't know the rest of the album. It's less bad than I feared. Nevertheless, there is no other track on it that I absolutely want to hear again. 3/5

I've seen the album before. But I never listened to it all the way through. I knew the hit Weather With You, which I liked. But I would have assigned it to a completely different group. I learned something in that respect. Beyond that, the album was remarkably unremarkable. 3/5

Hip hop once again. The brevity of the album summary is remarkable. Obviously there really isn't much more to say. For a rap album, the music didn't really get on my nerves. But it didn't interest me either. After 7 tracks I switched off, bored. 2/5
