I've known about this band for a long time. I've heard a lot of great songs by them on my stream. However, this is the first album of theirs that I've listened to in its entirety. I really like it. I should listen to more Skunk Anansie. 4/5

My goodness, that was boring. The '60s saw many musical breakthroughs and upheavals. Great music was created that continues to have an impact today and still holds up. This album is a good example of how things could have been different—in this case, ordinary and boring. 3/5

Listening to this album reminded me why I loved new wave in the early ’80s. It was fun, lighthearted, simple, and easygoing, yet still captivating. It makes you want to dance—but with a smile on your face. This album won’t be one of my all-time favorites, but I’d happily listen to it again. 4/5

A good album. Very funky. It was definitely fun to listen to. Overall, though, it didn't impress me enough that I'd go out of my way to listen to it again. 3/5

This was the band's second album that I listened to as part of this project. As I noted with the first album, I wouldn't have missed a thing if I'd never heard of the band or this album. The music was quite easy on the ears, but it was so boring that it bordered on being annoying. 3/5

This album didn't really impress me although I like powerful female voices. Maybe the album had some potential. But overall, it just sounded very flat. 2/5

I already knew the band's name. At first, I couldn't place it. Later, I found their album *Takk* in my collection. I find parts of this album quite interesting, but at times its mystical, ethereal murmurings get on my nerves. Maybe I need to listen to it again. 3/5

The album was much better than I expected. For a new wave band, it has a surprisingly funky style. That said, I've heard much better and more memorable albums in this genre. I much prefer listening to The B-52's. 3/5

I’ve always been a little hesitant about Miles Davis. While I do enjoy listening to jazz, there are some musicians and their songs in that genre that I just don’t get. I felt the same way about Miles Davis. Now that I’ve listened to this album, I really liked it, and I’ll definitely listen to this and other Miles Davis albums again. 4/5

DJ Shadow was played repeatedly on Monkey Radio. Unfortunately, that stream is no longer available. At first, the fact that it was categorized as hip-hop put me off. However, I do like the styles. And that’s actually the case with this album—I like it. I’d be happy to listen to it again. 4/5

David Holmes' name sounded familiar to me. In fact, I'd heard him a few times on my favorite radio station back then. Really cool sound. I'll definitely give it another listen. 4/5

It’s a shame—my wife plays pieces from *Pictures at an Exhibition* on the piano. Although I didn’t really connect with piano music at first—especially not with the sometimes rather gloomy Ukrainian composers—I ended up really liking some of the pieces after listening to them several times. So I was curious to see how ELP would handle them. I recognized the “Promenades,” but unfortunately not the rest. I was particularly disappointed by “The Old Castle.” The only thing I really liked was the piece, “Nutrocker.” 3/5

Man, that was boring. Eventually, the music faded into the background. I perked up briefly once or twice, but lost interest right away. 2/5

"Nightmares on Wax" for my birthday. How awesome. I know the album by heart and don't really need to listen to it anymore. But good music is always worth good times. 5/5

Ugh, what a whiny mess. I couldn't wait for the first song to end. After that, I gave a few more songs a listen. I don't like the voice or that whiny vibrato. I wouldn't listen to this again on my own. 1/5

I was really looking forward to Paul Simon's album. Unfortunately, I only really liked one song. The rest kind of faded into the background. Too bad. 3/5

Having already listened to four of Cohen’s albums, I was looking forward to this, his final album as part of this project. The music is pretty cool—maybe a little intellectual—and not really suitable as background music. But I’m rewarded when I give it a chance. I’d gladly listen to it again. 4/5
