I liked many of the tracks, but was far far too long!

Great album, hits all the right notes!

Another Girl, Another Planet... the "only one" we care about.

Enjoyed this, but don't ask me when one track ends and another begins, it all seemed to blend into a single stream of good background lounge vibes.

Just another ex-1001 album!™

At the time of release, this album was on my regular rotation. It might not be perfect but I enjoyed it a lot, good catchy fun.

The singles from this are fantastic, but as an album, it's far far far far far far far far too long (and repetitive)!
Rated 6/10
No need for a double album here, it's so long that I started to go delusional, and I misread the subtitle of side 3 as "Cornetto for a Rainy Day", which may be my new favourite phrase!
Rated 4/10
Why don't more albums have an introduction? oh, yeah, coz it makes 2 minutes feel like 10!

I'd never heard of the band before. Pleasantly surprised by it, quite enjoyed it (in a hipster kind of way). I think it would have had more impact with a shorter runtime, (30 mins-ish).

*Note to self: do not rate based on harmonica usage.
Harmonica aside, this album is quite endearing and thoughtful.

I liked this more than I'd expected to.
Rated 8/10
The first half of the album is awesome, the second half is unfortunately lacklustre.

What a day to have The Clash... I'm So Bored with the USA too!

I prefer this one to The Last Broadcast. It's not something I'd actively seek out, but fine enough to listen along to.
Rated 4/10
Bit too much vibrato vocals for my liking, thankfully it was a short album.
Rated 6/10
I semi-enjoyed it, in that it's interesting a concept album/story-ish... but jeez do they have a raging hard-on for Lynyrd Skynyrd!
Only God knows how much I tried to like this, alas, I did not.
Rated 6/10
I loved OK Computer so much that I think I subconsciously avoided the follow-up albums so not to feel the disappointment. So today was my first time listening to Kid A... and I think I may have been right to avoid it. I didn't hate it; it was just there.
I appreciate the direction Radiohead took, but for me, the bar was set far too high with OK Computer.

Our fourth Sonic Youth album on the 1001. I probably like this one the most, but still find it difficult to differentiate between all their other albums.

The 80s called... they want their clichés back!
