That one guy is real mad about cold war inaccuracies in the title track when really it's just about Tony Visconti cheating on his wife. 5 stars.

The other day I commented to myself that whatever was playing on the radio may have been the worst song I'd ever heard. Turned out it was a solo Damon Albarn tune.

Anyway, Gorillaz are pretty cool. Got me into Deltron 3030 who are even cooler.

Demon Days is better than this one and they've mostly been pretty lame since then imo.

Some losers love Pavement, other losers can't stand them. Are you the right kind of loser.

Rips off The Fall, the Verlaines etc wholesale at times but still manages to rule. Always a toss-up whether this or Wowee Zowee is my favourite.

I saw a band claiming to be these guys in Havana. One of the worst shows I've ever been to. Pretty sure it was a big ol fake but that experience has still tarnished this album for me. Jajajaja.

The doco is decent and I'm sure this was cool as heck in '97.

Honestly better than it has any right to be.

That Heavyweight episode about how he refused to return those Lomax tapes he borrowed is one of the great podcasts imo.

Sting has to be the most undeservedly successful sex guy going. Imagine if white guys appropriated reggae this egregiously today. The upset would be rigorous and righteous.

What that one guy said about this being nostalgia bait really resonated with me. She's a tragic hero to people who own 5 albums.

Otherwise I have few opinions, I've never worn a bandana so am not the target audience.
