I've never heard of this artist before and have to admit was pleasantly surprised. Some krautish influence, a bit of psychedelia, interesting work with some memorable moments. At least 3 stars for sure and the one to REVISIT

I didn't expect to like this so much. I was aware of the band, but honestly this feels so heartfelt and sincere. Probably more Irish folk here than punk and I like it a lot.

This is just too sanitized and clean to me, but honestly better than I expected. So not sure, probably 2 or 3 stars, if I am feeling very positive today.

Absolutely great, powerful work from Neil & the guys from Crazy Horse. Among their best easily. Rated 4.5 on RYM and I love 5 out of 7 songs here, however I am thinking to reserve another 5 stars for "Harvest" and maybe for "On the Beach". Not sure yet. This is great, but I am being too generous lately.

I like the influences and sound here, but it gets very repetitive and very boring really quickly, so no more than 2 stars - probably. No real desire to keep relistening this sadly.

As much as I love Tom Petty and may he rest in piece, I always looked at him as sort of the greatest hits artist. Even though this has couple of solid hits, couple of other tracks I've enjoyed as well, but doesn't seem super strong as an album, so I can't decide between 3 and 4 here, but just because I gave 4 to Superuknown by SG yesterday, then this feels more like 3. Probably 3.5 on RYM so either way here.

We have one of the Grunge Big 4 today. I have to admit this one is my least favourite out of big 4, however this is still a grunge masterpiece. Already rated at 4.5/5.0 on RYM so could go either way here. Not sure if deserving 5 stars, but 4 also seems a bit too low for this one.

Nice, I am huge fan of Genesis with Peter Gabriel and his solo stuff is really good. This is superbly produced, arranged and realised. However, from what I heard I might be reserving most stars to the album with the melting face. From what I heard that might be my favourite of his, I might give this one 3.5 on RYM, but 3 stars here.

This kind of 80s synth pop feels to sanitised, too much made readily available for the masses while dumbifying the roots of this music, I keep thinking of Kraftwerk with that sentiment for some reason. So dead average of 2.5 on RYM, and I am being too charitable with the stars for this list, so this might be only 2, we will see. I really maybe only liked 1st and last song on the album lol, it's not bad, but it's not great either. P.S. Actually on each re-listen I found some new songs I liked here so can round up for 3 stars, some nice synth pop here, but not masterpiece by any chance

Mwah! I thought White Family will be one of those artists with no 5 star albums, but I might have been wrong here, upon re-listening to this on my way to Stonehenge today, it rocks hard as it ever did, one of the crown rock achievements of 21st century, probably deserving 5 stars. However I put 4.5 on RYM, so exactly they still might not get a single 5.0.

Honestly, sadly this is not as good at all as I would expected. Her delivery and flow here on this album drags on and is boring. At the very best I would probably give it 3 stars, maybe even just 2, not sure. When first Bob's album came out in a couple of years after this and was much more interesting I think. P.S. Also really I should remember I listened to this on my way home from all night of drinking and not sleeping which absolutely affected my judgement. Perhaps someday I will re-listen to more. Now it's evening and on the 2nd listen I am really enjoying "East Virginia"!

While What's goin on is my favourite Marvin and perhaps all time favourite soul album. This is wonderful as well. Probably 4 stars, super smooth music

Wonderful Brazilian music of the 60s is the only one to make me want to learn Portuguese. This is instantly recognizable sound of Tropicalia, however I will expect some of my favourite Brazilian artists here like Gil, Costa or Jorge Ben. This is still decent with at least 3 stars

One of my favourite prog albums of all time and a clear prog masterpiece this is. Easy 5 stars from me, without too much pondering needed here.

Very interesting addition to the list and I'm not sure how to even rate it. I like it, but for once I am not that familiar with Mambo music, but this name is very familiar to me. Secondly, I am way more familiar with Brazilian Samba and Bossa Nova when it comes to the Latin music. This is nevertheless, very cool, and for sure at least 3 stars, maybe 4? P.S. On 2nd listen couple of tracks are really grabbing like "El Cayuco" and "Mambo Gozon". Looks like I will revisit and rating on RYM is now at least 3.5 for sure, can easily round this one up to 4 stars here, great fun music.

2nd Madonna album I am getting on this list. Much better than the last one I got. Title song is great, however I did not know any of the other songs. Prince collab is wonderful as well. Polished 80s pop sound. Probably 3 stars.

First Neal and not CSN&Y album for me on this list, and what a goodin! Side A is basically an absolute perfection, listening to side B now, but probably overall this definitely deserves 5 stars, legendary work

Alrighty, quite excited about this cause I never really found opportunity to explore more from this guy apart from Brown Eyed Girl. One thing which is pretty soon becomes clear is that this guy has really an amazing and versatile voice which I like. Album is enjoyable but so far I haven't found the reason why this was so popular at it's time. Definitely at least 3 stars, with possibility to REVISIT, but I keep getting distracted today and not finding time to listen to this in full.

Surprisingly not as great as I've expected, even if every song was like American Pie, I would still go to 4, but only first few tracks were memorable and so probably going for 3 stars here. P.S. don't get me wrong, this os very nice, superbly recorded and enjoyable record. Probably 3.5 on Rym and I definitely want to REVISIT this, especially liked song called "Vincent"
