first half of this album: jeepers creepers, buddy, I mean *I'll* vibe to it nonetheless, but okay
second half starting with Synchronicity II: absolute gold.

If I listened to this at night on Halloween, 5 stars probably, but as it is now mid-March and I listened to this at noon with the sun shining in, I'll have to give this a 4 star rating. It's what I'm feelin. But I do respect it. All about timing & place I guess...

*listening to this album* *reading the lyrics* *chuckling at the album cover* *stroking my chin* *I smack my lips once loudly*: I like it! Kurdt Cobain was on to something. He was on something. He was onto something.

Definitely a challenge to listen to and enjoy, but oh so worth the challenge. It slowly grows on you. Not for everybody, yet life affirming for someone like myself. I don't listen to it too often anymore, but I always come back to it. Braindance was truly born here. Someone once said this sounds fresh as a daisy yet ancient as a rune.
