Another Randy Newman album? Maybe this one is less racist. I see the Disney resemblance. Singer songwriter albums rarely get more than 3* from me. This is ok, but not something I'd revisit. 2*
The cover of "you can leave your hat on" gave me the creeps, it's like your creepy drunk uncle doing a karaoke rendition.

As I said for other Joni albums, she has a nice voice (Little Green stood out to me as coming through so clean and pristine), but her albums aren't for me. Don't generally enjoy singer songwriter albums. 3*

Anything from the 21st century piques my interest. That being said, this country-ish singer-songwriter stuff just didn't do it for me. Boring, unclear why it's on this list, couldn't wait for it to end. 1*

Noooo not another mopey cohen album. This one even includes shitty flute playing.
I really really don't like his music, and hearing the 20th album of his on this list will not change my opinion. 1*

First exposure to sigur ros. Ethereal music, and finally something fresh in this list full of white dad rock.
Highlights: svefn-g-englar, vithrar vel til loftarasa

Ugh, another live album, they rarely live up to the hype! 2*
Super mid, why is this on here? Maybe the guy talking about the Japan obsession was right on point.
Did this get big only because of "i want you to want me" and "surrender"?

Honestly just dad rock -- if I hear this in a radio station, it's an instant skip. The voice is annoying, and every song sounds the same. 2*

I'm fine with foo-fooey music. This tried to be many world genres at once it seems, which results in this beige/gray collage. It was fine to listen to but super forgettable. 2*

New band to me. Rock on sounded a lot like Axl Rose. It def sounds newer than the 70s. Nice, but probably won't revisit. 3*

This guy is getting review-bombed due to his crimes. Taking the album at face value, I l found it catchy and nice, not a bad listen for a Tuesday morning, and more palatable than a lot of albums on here. 4*

I saw the band name and immediately clocked it as punk and was not looking forward to it. I was not wrong; did not enjoy, the growly "singing" was so trash.

NZ/Aus represented! Kind of reminded me of men at work, but blander. An ok alternative album, didn't hate it. 4*
Highlights: fall at your feet

Every time latin music is on this list, it's a good time, but kind of falls into the same type of latin music. I wish we had more diverse albums from other countries, but still glad to be exposed to this. 4*

Rated 6/10

Wall of sound - had some good moments and some weird ones, but honestly Bjork is not as weird as I thought, maybe she was ahead of her time.

Lost SoulsDoves

Rated 8/10

Mellow, ambient-ish album. Really enjoyed it, 4*
Highlights: sea song, the man who told everything
