Yes, I like lots of these songs. This is another band I know the name of, but did not know what songs I had heard belonged to them. Turns out lots of songs I have heard and thoroughly enjoyed. Turns out the songs I hadn't heard I might of liked even more. I would definitely listen to this many more times.

Shadowlandk.d. lang

Rated 8/10

I've never listened to k.d lang before. I am not sure what I was expecting, but this was not it. An intriguing mix of old school lounge vibes to honkey tonk country. I feel like I would give this another lesson or three.

Never heard of this band, but had definitely heard some of these songs. You can see the groundwork for a lot of the music I loved growing up. I was going to go with a high 4, but feeling generous. I'd listen to this again anytime.

At the start I thought this would be an easy 5 stars. But just the guitars kind of wore thin by the end of the record. Perhaps if it was shorter or there was just a bit more variation, but alas 4 stars it is.

I liked this. The first song was the best, then it kind of faded to the background, but it was an enjoyable background.

Yes, fun 60's pop. Short songs, short album. Definitely a Beatles feel, but straying into some uniqueness. Not an everyday player, but I could see wanting to listen again.

Rated 10/10

This didn't have any of the most well known, popular Queen songs. But it was still Queen and Queen rocks.

I mean I love a pair of French techno robots, but Discovery is my all-time go to. Don't get me wrong, there are some serious bangers on here, but there are also a few lulls and it feel a shade long.

I have always liked Elliott Smith. This album didn't contain the song that hooked me in the first place and it is a bit too slow to throw on anytime, but I would definitely listen again when in the proper mindset.

There were a couple decent songs in the beginning (although I was not a fan of Stupid Girl), but all in all this one didn't really do it for me.
