Rated 10/10
This album has everything. A double LP that doesn't overstay its welcome. There are memorable songs and riffs for days. Tons of guitar solos as expected too. Memorable hits like Crosstown Traffic, All Along The Watchtower and House Burning Down. Along with that some epic jams that delve into long ass solo's like on 1983 and the Voodoo Child/e's. Only nitpick is that I'm not really a fan of Little Miss Strange, it sounds a bit out of place and doesn't live up to how amazing other songs are. One of the best 60's albums still.

I love Jimi but this album goes on for too long.
Rated 6/10
This one didn’t hit me the same as his others we’ve listened to. Maybe I’ll rate it higher upon another listen.
Rated 10/10
Bloody brilliant. That man really knew how to play a guitar. All Along The Watchtower still slaps
Rated 6/10
Best track is a cover. The rest is mediocre. I was hoping for something more.
Rated 10/10
As so often, I have only listened to individual tracks from this album (All Along The Watchtower and Voodoo Child), but never the whole album. It was worth it. A great album.

Easy 5. All-time classic.
Rated 8/10
Not Jimi's best work, but still very enjoyable. There's a few very strong songs and a lot of mediocre songs with strong guitar-playing. It's a guitar rock album, so while there's not a whole lot of substance in the actual songwriting, it's fun to kick back and groove out.
Rated 6/10
There are parts of this album which are unbelievably good, especially when you consider how old it is. However there are bits that are dated and hearing Little miss strange kick in for the first time is jarring and in general the middle part of the album is a bit of meandering mess. The beginning and end though are outstanding.
Rated 8/10
"Crosstown Traffic", "All Along The Watchtower", "Voodoo Chile" YES! The rest? Ehhhhhhh ... Still a classic though
Rated 8/10
Verges on corny in the middle but finishes strong.
Rated 8/10
when i first heard this album back in high school i didnt like it. i appreciated the skill with which Jimi played but really only came away liking "Crosstown Traffic". listening again so many years later, im much more impressed by how everything comes together. its still not something id want to listen to all the time but i wouldnt mind throwing it on every now and then.
Rated 10/10
one of my favorite double albums. couple tracks i don’t revisit, but an overall great body of work. shame we didn’t get more jimi.
Rated 6/10
The hits are great but there’s a lot of nonsense in between.
Rated 10/10
Yeah, that’s like a 10.
I’ve really got no words – that was just 73 minutes of pure perfection, as far as I’m concerned. Yes, it does go a bit long, and yes, it does eventually start to wear on you with the guitar riffs and the percussion and the soundscape, and everything in between, but like… I could fucking care less. I loved every single track here (well, OK, “Still Raining, Still Dreaming” could’ve probably been cut), and I genuinely cannot believe I’ve never heard this album in full before today.
I pretty much only knew Voodoo Child (Slight Return), and I knew about the existence of the All Along the Watchtower cover, but I’d never heard it, or the original song for that matter. I’m ignorant enough for not listening to the latter, but the other tracks on here are fucking incredible. I’ve really and truly got no other words; it’s a 10, it’s worth the listen, it’s so deeply recommended, and it’s so easily deserving to be on this list.
Rated 4/10
This might be sacrilegious, but this doesn't do a whole lot for me. Sure, I can appreciate that it's _good_. But it's not my thing.
Rated 10/10
Not my favorite Hendrix album, but still genius. I’ve been listening to this for 30+ years and it’s still incredible. Five stars.
Rated 8/10
An amazing one wow
Rated 8/10
This double album is out there. Very psychadelic, with two 13+ minute, Acid induced songs on the record. The hits are high, but it feels like a lot of filler in the middle. Jimi was a master of his craft, there's no question, I just had a hard time maintaining focus through the never ending guitar solos and ambling song structure.
Favourite songs: Voodoo Child (Slight Return), Crosstown Traffic, All Along the Watchtower, Come On (Let the Good Times Roll), Long Hot Summer Night
Least favourite songs: "Still Raining, Still Dreaming", Little Miss Strange
4/5 because it is so Infamous, and has influenced so much.
